Our location in Pandosy Waterfront Park is one-of-a-kind. We are in the heart of the fastest growing neighborhood of one of Canada’s fastest growing cities yet offer a unique gateway to nature and the outdoors. We are one of the most open and publicly accessible lakefront recreational facilities in Kelowna
Community Impact & Awareness
We are a true community centre serving all ages and abilities, from the 1,400+ youth and introductory participants each season to the multiple world champion outrigger canoers who train at KPC. Memberships are not required but available for reasonable rates with no initiation fees.

Example Sponsorships

We want to ensure every sponsorship is a great fit so will work with you to design the ideal package. These examples provide a framework for us to start curating our partnership but are not exclusive or exhaustive. We are excited to hear your ideas for the best ways your organization and KPC can support one another.

We aim to have a portion (up to 50% for most sponsorships) reserved for community benefits or targeted improvements such as registrations for underprivileged participants or specialized equipment. Up to 25% of the total value may also be applied to direct benefits such as team building events or staff memberships for the sponsor.

$40,000+ per year

A top-level sponsorship to provide as much support as possible to the Kelowna Paddle Centre, including our programs, events, and facility. This could include:

  • Naming rights to the Kelowna Paddle Facility, including exterior signage if permitted by the City of Kelowna (policy currently under development).
  • Recognition in all of our marketing and communications.
  • Company branding on staff apparel, equipment, and throughout the facility.
  • Significant value may be reserved for favored purposes, such as community benefits, specific programs or improvements, or direct benefits.

$10,000+ per year

A keystone sponsorship for one of our primary programs or events. This would include: 

  • Recognition in all marketing and public messaging related to the program or event.
  • Primary billing among sponsors and exclusivity to your industry.
  • Company branding on staff apparel and program equipment.
  • A featured on-site acknowledgement including your logo.

$5,000+ per year

An impactful sponsorship for a primary program or event with similar but less prominent or lower profile benefits than the presenting sponsor. This includes:

  • Recognition in all marketing and public messaging related to the program or event.
  • Exclusivity within your industry.
  • Company branding on staff apparel or program equipment.
  • An on-site acknowledgement with your name or logo.

$2,000+ per year

A sponsorship to support specific activities, programs, or persons. This would include:

  • Recognition in all marketing and public messaging related to the cause or goal.
  • A high percentage of the sponsorship (up to 100%) reserved for specific uses that support the cause or goal, such as adaptive or youth-specific equipment.
